RETURNS
Jewellery can be returned within 7 days of delivery in its original condition with all original certificates, packaging, and tags intact. The jewellery must be unused and in the same condition as received.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Customised or personalised jewellery
- Jewellery that has been altered, resized, or engraved
- Gold coins and bars
- Items purchased during sale or promotional events
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
EXCHANGE
We offer exchange of gold jewellery. Old gold jewellery can be exchanged for new jewellery at the prevailing gold rates. Zero deduction policy applies for jewellery originally purchased from Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers.
