Swarnagram Shikshalaya

Shyam Sundar Co. Jewellers hosted the Swarnagram Shikshalaya Annual Programme at Warengbari on January 20, 2025. As part of the Swarnagram model village initiative, Swarnagram Shikshalaya, developed with Glory Academy, supports education, nutrition, and scholarships for students.

The event coincided with the 14th Annual Sports Prize-Giving Ceremony, honoring young athletes. Highlights included a welcome song by Reang tribal children, a yoga demonstration, a health camp, and a Hozagiri dance by village youth.

Guests of honor, including Ajay Sarkar, Yoga Guru Yogi Biswa, and a Swarnagram village elder, praised the initiative’s impact on education and community development. Director Rupak Saha emphasized ongoing efforts to uplift the village.

The celebration concluded with a community feast, ending on a sweet note.
