Welcome to Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers. By accessing and using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

BOOKING

Bookings are accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. All bookings are subject to availability. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any booking at its sole discretion.

PAYMENT

Payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept cash, cheque, demand draft, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, and credit/debit cards. All payments must be in Indian Rupees (INR).

PRICING

Gold prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable on the date of delivery will be the final price. Making charges and GST are additional and will be charged as applicable.

HALLMARKING

All gold jewellery sold by us is 22K Hallmarked Gold as per BIS standards. Gems and precious stones including diamonds are GSI/IGI Certified.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a zero deduction gold exchange policy. Old gold jewellery purchased from Shyam Sundar Co Jewellers can be exchanged for new jewellery without any deduction on the gold value.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

AMENDMENTS

The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
