Natural Characteristics of Silver

Silver may tarnish or change colour over time due to environmental exposure. This is a natural property of silver and does not indicate a manufacturing defect. Tarnishing, wear and tear, or colour change will not be accepted as grounds for return, exchange, or repair.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is permitted only for silver jewellery and articles purchased from our store.
• Exchange value will be calculated on the weight of the silver.
• All items are subject to physical verification and weight assessment.
• No cash refund will be given under any circumstances.

Buyback Policy

• Silver items purchased from our store are eligible for buyback at the prevailing silver purchase rate on the date of buyback.
• Buyback will be calculated on the net silver weight of the product, excluding stones, beads, hooks, fancy materials, screws, or any non-silver components.
• The original purchase bill must be produced at the time of buyback.

Return Policy

Silver jewellery, articles, and coins once sold cannot be changed, returned or refunded under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Any request for change, return or refund will be processed only under the applicable Buyback or Exchange Policy, subject to their respective terms and conditions. Customers are requested to refer to those policies for further details.

Repair Policy

We do not undertake or assume liability for repair of any silver jewellery, articles, or coins. No repair requests will be entertained under any circumstances.

Payment Clearance

Delivery will be made only after full realisation of payment in case of cheque, draft, or any non-instant payment method.

Disputes, if any, are subject to Agartala/Kolkata jurisdiction.

The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or revise the above terms and conditions from time to time, at its discretion.
